WALL COATINGS Exterior walls will be rendered to a smooth finish with Portland cement. Interior walls and ceiling will be rendered to a smooth finish with plaster projected by machine. KITCHEN This will include top and lower-kitchen units, complete with all fittings, drawers and interior shelving, together with a double-edged granite worktop. Also included will be a stainless steel twin-sink made by ROCA, cooker hood, complete with extractor fan; an electric or gas hob and an electric oven. Connections will be provided, for washing-machine, dishwasher and fridge. PAINTWORK A top quality insulating and waterproof plastic paint will be used on all interior and exterior walls.
